Managed Virtual Servers include access to the server(s) 24/7/365. Live support is available via phone or help desk support during the hours of 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET. Additional after hours emergency response with a two hour max turnaround time is also available. We support your servers from the operating system up including regular patching, updating, and monitoring services including two user-defined ports with proactive alert responses.

Managed virtual servers are available with different configurations of memory, disk space, and CPU, and can be customized to meet your performance requirements.
