Member Share Draft Processing
MY CU Services’ member share draft Processing program offers straightforward, competitive processing fees, with no hidden costs and no compensation balance requirements. All necessary data is captured from the draft and a unique sequence number is assigned to each item. A data file will be created and made available for your credit union or data processor to download. In addition, your credit union’s homebanking provider has the ability to tie their system to MY CU Services’ image archive.
Share Draft Images
To assist your credit union with meeting member needs for share draft copies, a digital image of the item is captured and is available for your credit union to view via our online system for a period of 18 months.
With homebanking image availability, your credit union can make the digital image of your members’ items available to them via your homebanking system, eliminating the need for them to call and request copies.
Submitting adjustments is easy. Simply contact a MY CU Services’ member services representative.
Because MY CU Services acts as the back-office support for your credit union, we work on your credit union’s behalf with the Federal Reserve and your data processor to resolve any issues that arise, freeing your staff to focus on more important tasks.
MY CU Services offers many extra services with our member share draft processing program, including automated returns, online image retrieval and homebanking image availability. Our automated return options allow you to securely upload a file of return items to MY CU Services or to securely enter the items directly in our online system.
