Cash Services
MY CU Services allows credit unions to order cash from various vault locations across the country, make coin and currency deposits and order special U.S. mint coins.
With MY CU Services’ Vault program, your credit union is not required to order coin and currency in specific denominations, reducing the amount of excess cash in your credit union’s vault.
How does the cash services program work?
- Select a vault location based on available options.
- Submit cash and currency orders through our online system.
- Secure an armored car service (not included) to deliver coin and currency to the credit union and deposits back to the vault.
- Settlements of the credit union’s cash orders are debited through a specified settlement account.
